Head Brewer, Moa
David has been brewing for over 30 years, training in London, Berlin and Amsterdam, working within some of the World’s largest breweries. Prior to joining Moa in February 2007 as Head Brewer, David was Technical Manager with Heineken in its St Lucia brewing facility, Brewery Manager at Heineken’s Papua New Guinea brewing facility, and Brewery Manager at Tui’s Mangatainoka facility.
He’s a fantastic craft brewer, with a real passion for sour beers. There’s many a dusty barrel tucked into a corner at Moa, waiting for David to work his blending magic.Back to speakers
