Joe Pitt has worked in the last 12 years for Lesaffre Group in functions of product manager and team leader of technical sales support for alcohol producers using Fermentis yeast. He has also worked for Givaudan and Nestle savoury flavour business development and marketing teams. Joseph holds diploma Fruit Production from Ecole d’Ingénieurs en Arboriculture Viticulture et Œnologie Changins, Switzerland and a degree in Horticultural Science from Massey University, New Zealand; where he earned the Almer Baker Scholarship to Wye College, University of London, UK.
